PULSE Padel Club
Padel indoors until one in the morning, with a cafe and a yoga studio in the same room — in a city that only just got courts for it.
Not checked in person
I have not played here. Everything below is from the club's own site and public offer and from its 2GIS listing, all read on 30 August 2026 — including the opening hours.
The practical part
- Area
- Samal-2
- Season
- Year-round
- Booking
- WhatsApp or ring +7 708 030 9108. There is a booking app in development and a calendar on their site that does not take a booking, so the phone is the way in. Ask the price when you message: they do not publish one.
- Getting there
- Second floor of the Samal Mall complex on Nazarbayev, up in Samal-2 in the Medeu district. Ten to fifteen minutes by car from the middle of the city, longer if you hit Al-Farabi at the wrong hour.

Padel is doubles, played on a court about a third the size of a tennis one, walled in glass you are allowed to play off. The serve is underarm. That single rule is why the sport has spread the way it has: a complete beginner can hold a rally in the first half hour, which is not true of tennis and never will be. Four people who have never played can have a real game on their first evening.
PULSE calls itself the first lifestyle hub in Almaty rather than the first padel club — that is their wording, and worth reading carefully, because it is a claim about format and not about being first to the sport. The format is the interesting part: courts, a cafe, a yoga and pilates studio and a lounge in one space on the second floor of a shopping centre. Open 07:00 to 01:00, every day. That is the number that matters here. A court you can book at ten at night is a different proposition from one that shuts when the office does.
They do not publish prices anywhere. Not on the site, and not in the public offer, which says the cost of services follows the price list “posted on the site and on the information stand in the club” — the site has no such list. So ask on WhatsApp before you go, and take any figure you are given as this month’s.
Two terms from that offer are worth knowing before you book anything longer than one game. Cancel or move a session less than 24 hours ahead, or simply not turn up, and it counts as attended and comes off your pass. And a group-class pass lets you freeze exactly one visit for its whole life — which is a strict enough rule that it should factor into whether you buy a block of classes or pay as you go.
The club is on 2GIS at 4.8 from 68 ratings, which is a good score and a young one — the company behind it, Core Wellness, was registered in 2025. The rackets are Bullpadel, who are listed as a partner; whether that means you can hire one at the desk is not stated, so ask when you book rather than turning up with nothing to play with.
